  • ~70%-75%2: Focused on self-liquidating residential real estate project
  • ~25%-30%2: Special situation deals backed by commercial Assets / other physical collateral
  • Fund seeks to make regular pay-outs to investors based on individual deal structure
  • Selectively focuses on de-stressing/ de-bottlenecking identified Assets / corporate situation
